OPI – Brights 2015

Hey guys! I know it’s been a while.  We’re still getting settled into the new house and although I’ve been trying to keep up with Instagram, I have neglected the blog for a little while.  But I’m back and I’m so excited to share swatches of the brand new OPI Brights 2015!

I usually try to save the best for last, but this time I just can’t.  Look at this pretty hot pink glitter topper!  “On Pinks and Needles” is filled with various sizes of hex glitters.  I used it over “My Car has Navy-gation” for this swatch but I’ll definitely be wearing it again over white or light pink.  Also, this was ONE coat!

Next up is “My Car has Navy-gation”.  This is a really pretty blue but I couldn’t get an accurate photo of it.  The formula was a little tricky, the first coat was a struggle but made for a very easy second coat.

I have to say, I’m not a huge fan of shimmers but OPI did alright with the two in this collection.  The first is a light blue shimmer, “I Sea You Wear OPI”.  This is three thin easy coats and was really pretty in real life.  I can’t wait to use this one in some beach-themed nail art!

The next shimmer is “Can’t Hear Myself Pink!”.  This was also three thin coats.  This isn’t my favorite of the bunch, but if you like shimmers, go for it!

“The Berry Though of You” was a surprise favorite for me in this collection.  Great formula and I just love this color.  I’ve reached for it a few times for various nail art and I’ll definitely be wearing it again this spring/summer.

“I STOP for Red” is the last of the new OPI Brights.  I’m a sucker for OPI’s red polishes, they’re always so perfect and this one is no different.  Great formula and no staining on this one!

OPI is also bringing back “Hotter than You Pink” “Down to the Core-al”
and “Life Gave Me Lemons” from the previous Brights collection.  I don’t have those three but I may just have to pick them up now that they’re back.
